When fires consume synthetic materials, the resultant soot and oily deposits penetrate deeply into porous and soft surfaces. Standard aggressive degreasers or caustic restoration chemicals often strip paint, dissolve lacquered wood finishes, and permanently ruin delicate upholstery, carpets, and clothing. Fire Fix is a specialized fire restoration detergent expertly formulated to solve these delicate cleaning failures. Its solvent- and caustic-free chemistry breaks the bond of stubborn smoke and soot soils without compromising sensitive finishes, ensuring absolute safety for high-value assets and delicate building interiors.

In addition to protecting sensitive substrates, Fire Fix is engineered with a mild alkaline pH of 10.5 and a low VOC content, making it exceptionally safe for use in enclosed, inhabited spaces. Its deeply penetrating formula lifts microscopic carbon particles out of porous fibers and textures, which helps eliminate toxic smoke odours directly at their source. From restoring painted walls, ceilings, and structural timbers to cleaning delicate carpets, furniture upholstery, and soot-damaged clothing, Fire Fix leaves a residue-free finish with no sticky films or need for aggressive rinsing. Dispatched in professional 5L and 20L containers with a pleasant fruity fragrance, this versatile, multi-use restoration chemical is a vital, high-efficiency staple for professional remediation fleets.

Who Is Actichem Fire Fix Ideal For?

Actichem Fire Fix delivers a mild alkaline, solvent-free formulation, soft-surface safety, and residue-free soot extraction.
